These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AttireBulk website and platform ("Platform"), including all services, features, and tools provided through it. By registering, accessing, or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility
AttireBulk is a B2B (Business-to-Business) platform. Only wholesalers, retailers, importers, and manufacturers are eligible to register.
Individuals or entities registering must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to conduct business in their jurisdiction.
Resellers, end-consumers, or personal buyers are not permitted to use AttireBulk.
2. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate, complete, and updated information when creating an account.
A valid WhatsApp number is required for OTP verification.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
AttireBulk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.
3. Vendor Terms
Vendors (manufacturers/suppliers) must ensure that product listings are accurate, including details such as material, size, pricing, and availability.
Vendors are responsible for the quality, authenticity, and timely delivery of their products.
Vendors agree not to list counterfeit, prohibited, or misleading items.
AttireBulk reserves the right to remove any product or vendor account that violates platform policies.
4. Buyer Terms
Buyers (wholesalers/retailers) are responsible for reviewing product details before placing an order.
Prices are visible only after account login and are subject to change without notice.
All orders placed are considered final once confirmed by the vendor.
Buyers must ensure compliance with local import/export regulations, duties, and taxes.
5. Orders & Payments
Payments must be made through the payment methods approved by AttireBulk.
AttireBulk may hold payments in escrow (if applicable) until order confirmation.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension of account access.
Refunds, replacements, or disputes will be handled according to the Vendor’s Return/Exchange Policy, and AttireBulk shall not be directly liable.
6. Platform Use & Restrictions
You agree not to:
Use AttireBulk for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Copy, scrape, or misuse platform content without authorization.
Post false reviews, misleading information, or spam.
Attempt to bypass platform security measures.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and designs on AttireBulk are owned by or licensed to us.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any material without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
AttireBulk is a facilitator between buyers and vendors and does not manufacture or own listed products.
We are not responsible for product quality, delays, damages, or disputes between buyers and vendors.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
Users may request account deletion by contacting customer support.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
11. Changes to Terms
AttireBulk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Users will be notified of major changes via email or platform notifications.
